Spicy Flavors and Hot Entertainment Come to Panorama Mall at Annual Latino Showcase
Latino Expo 2008 will feature a variety of music, dancing, and exhibits on Saturday, September 20 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Panorama Mall. Panorama Mall is located at 8401 Van Nuys Blvd # 9 in Panorama City. The event is free of charge.
Latino Expo 2008 is a showcase of entertainment, education, and exhibits. From a Live Art demonstration to a Salsa dancing workshop, Latino Expo 2008 has something fun for everyone in the family. Exhibits range from services and products to healthcare and telecommunication companies distributing information and handing out giveaways.
Courtesy of Time Warner Cable, renowned urban artist Man One will be featured throughout the day on the Center Court Stage. Man One uses his creativity to be a positive force in the community and will create his art, drawing from elements of the day to complete unique pieces. Other acts on the Center Court Stage include LA Salsa Kids, an energetic group of young people who use their salsa expertise to thrill and entertain; Rocio Llamas, an up-and-coming Latina artist, will sing a few of her hits, fresh off an appearance at the ALMA awards; and popular Los Angeles Salsa instructor Miguel Aguirre will have the crowd on their feet with a free salsa workshop.
